Refund & Exchange Policy | Display Geek

At Display Geek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options for returns and exchanges.

For all returns and exchanges, please ensure you have your proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice) readily available.


Non-Faulty / Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return non-faulty or unwanted items within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • Condition of Item: Items must be returned in an unused, resaleable condition, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Refund: Upon safe receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a full refund of the item's cost, including the original standard postage paid on your order.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days of the item's arrival back at our facility.

Faulty or Not-As-Described Items

We thoroughly check all items before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

  • Reporting Period: You must inform us of any faulty or misdescribed items within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at sales@displaygeek.co.uk. Provide your order number, a clear description of the fault, and include photographs if the item is damaged.
  • Resolution: Upon verification of the fault, we will offer you a replacement of the item or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
  • Return Shipping: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, Display Geek will cover the cost of the return postage. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Exchanges (Non-Faulty Items)

We are happy to offer exchanges for non-faulty items if you wish to swap for a different size or a different item of equivalent value.

  • Eligibility: Items for exchange must be returned within 14 days of your purchase date, in an unused, resaleable condition, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Postage Costs: The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred for both returning the original item and sending out the new exchange item.
  • Process: Please contact us at sales@displaygeek.co.uk to arrange your exchange. We will guide you through the return process for your original item and advise on shipping costs for the new item.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
