Where We Ship

We currently ship to UK Mainland addresses only.

Order Processing Time

We understand you're eager to receive your order! All orders placed with Display Geek are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers including Evri, DX, DHL, and DPD to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Cost: £4.99 for orders under £50.
    • Cost: FREE for all orders £50 and over!
    • Estimated Delivery Time: Most standard orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery:
    • Cost: £8.99
    • Estimated Delivery Time: Express parcels are prioritised and typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Tracking Your Order

For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped with a valid tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Delayed Parcels: If you don't receive your parcel within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at sales@displaygeek.co.uk. This allows us to promptly contact the carrier and arrange a replacement for you if necessary.
  • Damaged Parcels: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@displaygeek.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging, as this will help us resolve the issue swiftly with the shipping carrier.
